Naveen Ji, born on August 20th, 1980, hails from a business family deeply rooted in the transportation industry since 1978. From an early age, he immersed himself in understanding the intricacies and challenges of the business environment. Driven by a strong passion to innovate and solve industry challenges, Naveen Ji began actively contributing to the family business at the tender age of 15. His initial focus was on expanding their operations in tourist buses and interstate transportation based out of Delhi.

Personal Information

The family faced adversity when government policies led to the ban of diesel vehicles in Delhi due to environmental concerns. Undeterred by setbacks, Naveen Ji demonstrated resilience and initiative by co-founding Speed 1 Cargo in 2007 with his brothers, starting with a single vehicle that grew steadily over time. His relentless pursuit of growth and improvement led him to cross paths with Rahul Ji at a mutual friend’s gathering, where their shared vision for business development sparked new initiatives. Naveen Ji's dedication to the trucking industry is evident in his hands-on approach; he personally drove trucks to gain firsthand knowledge of the challenges and logistics of long-haul routes from North to South & East to West. Having a vast knowledge of all the routes as he himself has travelled on all the roads and highways, making on-road assistance networks if and whenever required. Today, he spearheads PAN India Operations for NRV Logistics, overseeing a fleet of over 400 GPS-enabled vehicles, and continues to drive the company forward with his unwavering commitment and expertise.
