Praveen Ji, born on August 20th, 1980 into the Vashishta family, shares deep-rooted business values and a profound understanding of the transportation industry. From a young age, he navigated the complexities and challenges of the business alongside his brother Naveen. At just 16 years old, Praveen Ji began actively supporting his family in the operations of tourist buses and interstate transportation in Delhi, all while pursuing his studies. He was a good academic in Accounting during his college days with additional interest in Human Resources.

The Vashishta family faced adversity when government policies imposed a ban on diesel vehicles in Delhi due to environmental concerns. Undeterred by these challenges, the Vashishta brothers displayed resilience and determination, founding Speed 1 Cargo in 2007 with mutual support. Starting with a single vehicle, their enterprise flourished over time. In 2014, driven by a shared ambition for growth and inspired by connections made at a social gathering, the trio joined forces to establish NRV Logistics with an initial fleet of five vehicles. Over the years, the company expanded its fleet significantly. As a Director, Praveen Ji oversees Finance and HR at NRV Logistics, diligently managing expenses and ensuring optimal workforce allocation for efficient task execution. He is a dynamic motivator, known for energizing his team through challenging periods.
